I have worked for several years for Hilton Paris Hotels. The Europe Hilton Chefs competition is one of my best reporting moments. First because I like to cook and appreciate tasty “petits plats” but especially because I never had the opportunity before to attend such a cocktail of creation, effervescence and concentration.
